Who is this package for?
This package is for the person who wants a comprehensive understanding of their health story from the beginning of our work together. Someone who can’t wait to get all the data and make correlations across different body systems from the get-go.
If you are a data lover who is tired of of not having answers about your health, this package will give you peace.
You’ll learn how your body is functioning in these areas: hormones (sex + stress), immune, detoxification, oxidative stress, mineral balance. You’ll get insight into what foods are creating an inflammatory response and which foods are creating glucose spikes — no more guessing and then crossing your fingers that you are symptom-free after eating.
All of this information will guide us in making manageable tweaks to your current lifestyle so you will build great health habits that help you thrive!
What to expect:
Month 1:
- Your to-do list: collect lab samples; share data to help establish your current baseline health
- I will teach you about what happens when different body systems are out of balance and how it can impact your health. We’ll make correlations to what you are currently experiencing based on the data you’ve shared.
- We’ll get to know each other.
To do this work successfully, it’s essential to get a clear understanding of who you are and how you live (as well as who you want to be and how you want to live). Examples of things we’ll explore: your habits and preferences; how you think/approach life; your values; your mental/emotional stressors. (Expect at-home questionnaires and in-person convos.)
Month 2:
- We will begin monitoring your blood sugar with a continuous glucose monitor. This will provide us with keen insight on what foods are right for your body. You will learn a tremendous amount about how to fuel your body.
- I will review your lab results with you.
You’ll take away an understanding of your nuanced health story and specific recommendations that make sense for your life. - We’ll collaborate on a game plan for how to approach improving your health. Because we’re building on what we achieved in Month 1, you’ll be confident that you’re set up for success to get some health wins quickly.
Months 3–6:
- We’ll check in regularly and tweak whatever needs tweaking. The goal is for your health wins to become your new baseline, and then reach for new wins.
- Rinse and repeat, because the reality is that making meaningful health changes takes time. (Good thing you have an accomplice to help guide you through it.)
- More self-assessment data collection. This will help us determine where you are now compared to your baseline. Based on what we find, we’ll collaborate on what steps to take next.
