Accomplice Health helps people figure out their unique health puzzle.
Accomplice Health isn’t medicine; I’m not a doctor. Health is more (much more) than medicine. Medicine is what you turn to when your health puzzle isn’t clear and you need relief from symptoms. Alternatively, if you focus on building health, and setting your body up for success, you very likely won’t need to turn to medicine.
So how do we figure out your health puzzle?
We—that’s me and you, we’re in this together—take a 360 degree approach and look at your lifestyle to discover how your current habits and routines impact your health. We’ll look at what/how you’re eating, how you’re moving, how you’re resting and recovering, and the individual stressors in your life.
After working together, you’ll be able to:
Understand your body better than ever before.
- You’ll learn the best fuel for your body. We’ll use health tech and lab testing as necessary to determine what works best for you, uniquely.
- After testing, you’ll have a narrative of what’s going on in your body—what your imbalances are and how it may have gotten to be that way. This knowledge is key as we strive towards optimizing health.
- You’ll learn how to become more aware of your body’s signals and what it is trying to communicate to you.
Define what self-care actually means for you.
You will have a suite of tools to lean on and levers to adjust to assure you are setting your body up for success. Examples of tools include: stress management (methods + processes), supplementation, health tech.
My promise to you:
You will have a partner and a guide to help you figure it all out.
What is most important to me is that you feel cared for and comforted in your quest to figure out your health stuff. No more feeling minimized, discredited or disillusioned as you may have experienced in the traditional medicine model.
In me, you’ll get:
- An educator that leaves you feeling empowered about what is happening in your own body
- Someone to help you see blind spots and connect dots
- A creative partner to help you make behavior change practical in your busy life
Meet your Accomplice!
Hi, I’m Nidhi. I started Accomplice Health because I believe everyone deserves a partner in figuring out their unique health puzzle.
The unfortunate truth is, in today’s world pretty much everyone has a chronic health condition (whether they realize it or not) that is keeping them from making the most of their life.
My interest in wellness has been life-long but my dogged persistence to understand functional health was born of my own health issues (reach out if you’d like to hear how I’ve solved for brain fog, lethargy, interrupted sleep, skin issues, back and arthritic pain).
I quickly discovered that Western medicine is set up to help people mask their symptoms with use of medication, but couldn’t answer the question of why poor health was happening and what one could do to avoid symptoms in the first place.
Since 2017, I’ve easily put in 1,500+ hrs learning about health. When friends + family started asking me to help them with their health issues, I realized how rewarding it was to put my knowledge to good use. I have been able to help people:
- Eliminate arthritic finger/joint pain
- Significantly improve iron/ferritin levels after discovering a stomach bacteria that was robbing her of nutrients. Once treated, my client was relieved to stop the ineffective iron transfusions perscribed by her doctor that were draining her bank account.
- Increase energy, allowing client to fully participate in her life again
- Eliminate eczema that had been present since childhood
- Lower A1C and reduce sugar cravings. My client reported that once her chains to sugar were broken she had a more expansive view of her identity—just because she had lived a certain way for 40 years, didn’t mean that she couldn’t still change for the better!
- Restore ability to sleep through the night
I would be honored to help you figure out and solve your own health puzzle! Go here to see how we can work together.
Curious about my professional experience? I did a bunch of interesting things in my career before becoming a Certified FDN Practitioner in 2023.
